Job Description:

  • Create menus in line with restaurants' cuisine
  • Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to determine menu pricing
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards
  • Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff
  • Staying updated on the latest gastronomic trends
  • Direct and assist in preparing and creating meals, plating, and quality control
  • Update culinary skills and techniques used
