Job Description:

  • Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Plan menus for regular dining and special events, promos, etc.
  • Create the best dining experience for customers
  • Ensure that food health, hygiene, and safety standards are being met
  • Implement and adhere to quality control measures
  • Oversee management of budget, supplies, and inventory
  • Promote food and beverage products and services
  • Hire, train, and manage floor staff
  • Manage schedule for work shifts and payroll
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, supplies, and work areas (kitchen, dining floor, etc.)
  • Deal with any complaints regarding customer service or food quality
