Job Description:

  • Oversees daily operations of sales team
  • Helps set and meet sales goals for organisation
  • Communicates with upper management to develop sales quotas
  • Generates sales leads for sales representatives
  • Manage and direct regional, local, and global sales campaigns
  • Hiring and training new sales staff
  • Conducts market research on product and service performance
  • Creates sales plans and targets for different regions
  • Tracking and analysing sales data
  • Advising clients and distributors on organisations' sales policies and SOPs
  • Maintaining client relationships and forming new industry connections

Specific Skill Set Required:

  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
  • Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced time management skills
