Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate training programmes within the organisation
  • Train staff members
  • Conduct orientation and training sessions
  • Create multimedia resources for training purposes
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Prepare a training budget
  • Create classroom-type demonstrations and lessons for staff members to learn their roles
  • Provide logistical support and resources for training programmes and development
  • Conduct education training for continuity
  • Evaluate organisational systems and their effectiveness, and propose improvements
  • Assist with the development of strategic plans
  • Observe and provide feedback to staff/managers
